Site lost all design/layout [drama!]

Hi

My homepage has lost all its layout, the shop is fine but not the homepage.

Same for mobile.

I note that plugin says the Core needs an update but when I try to it says “The plugin is at the latest version.” even though it shows:

Installed version: 1.0.21 Active, Requires Update
Minimum required version: 1.0.27
Available version: 1.0.27

It does this whether running the Child theme or the main theme.

EDIT: The whole site has lost its design layout, not just the homepage.
