    The website has had problems since Friday. First it took a long time to load, then it stopped loading… now it “throws away” the link, the subpage is in some disarray. There are no graphics at all…. I consulted the hosting, they informed me that it was a problem with the theme. Please check where the problem is.

    There was no work carried out on the website at that time. There are no plugins etc other than those belonging to theme.

    Hello,

    There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Hello,

    Please, deactivate all the plugins except ones required for our theme. You can find the list of required plugins in our documentation https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/#install-plugins

    After that, Please, increase the PHP version to 8 or higher.

    Also increase the PHP max input vars parameter on your server to 10000 and test how it works.

    The only issue is on your site is PHP Max Input Vars. .Please see the error in the Theme settings: https://ibb.co/SnsfySL

    Try to increase it to 2000 or higher in your PHP configuration. Contact your hosting provider for help on this matter. Otherwise, you will not be able to save Theme Settings.

    After a few days of testing, the problem was initially solved, so much so that the website works just fine… slowly, freezes, behaves as it did before the previous failure when the website disappeared and the hosting provider joined the topic (information from him below)

    After a long analysis, the hosting provider provided the answer:

    Functions from woodmart-core plugins were looping, which resulted in complete unavailability of the pages by generating constantly busy processes and SQL queries waiting for their completion.

    On both sites, I disabled the plugin, renaming the folder from wp-content/plugins/woodmart-core to wp-content/plugins/woodmart-core1.

    I recommend further verification or reinstallation of woodmart-core plugins on your sites.

    Please check what the problem is with the plugins. We had to re-enable them – otherwise the html blocks are not available.
