Site running slowly

Hello, I have been trying to fix my website from WooCommerce settings with all kinds of set-ups and modules and everything but I still could not make it fast, it takes about 3-4 seconds for any change to happen when clicking and navigating around the website. Can someone please take a look?

I removed most of the plugins and indeed it’s a bit faster now but compared with the theme live demo I’ve seen with requests getting responses in under 1s I still have 1.5-1.8s on average when navigating my website. Can something else be done by me with some other settings or can you guys take a look? The only other variable I see might be Elementor but that is needed for the structure of the website, how can I remove it without breaking the website?

It’s a normal speed when the page is not cached. You need to use a cache plugin to have a speed of less than 1s.
