    Hello

I have purchased themes from you before.

But with the latest update I installed, it is running incredibly slow, even though I increased the server features, they even adjusted the litespeed cache plugin settings accordingly.

    admin is very slow

    Hello,

In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like WP Rocket. You can find our guide about how to optimize your website built with our themes here https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/

After doing all the steps from the above article, let me know.

    Kind Regards

Can you provide this service for an additional fee?

I don’t want to have it done by myself or anyone else.

    Thanks

This is a problem. While it says it was successful in your other themes, you are given a warning saying it failed in your first theme.

If I had known, I would have set them up and worked on them.

    Hello,

    – Avoid an excessive DOM size (https://take.ms/Eg7rBo) – The number of DOM elements are generated in the process of content building. All page builder elements are DOM elements. If you want to reduce DOM elements you will have to reduce the content: widgets, products, menu items, and others.

-Minimize main-thread work (https://take.ms/xe0Us) – I suggest using the Wp Rocket for help, more detail is here: https://wp-rocket.me/google-core-web-vitals-wordpress/minimize-main-thread-work/

-Properly size images (https://take.ms/DRmFq) – Optimize the images as it describes in our article: https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/#Step_3

-Reduce unused CSS and JS (https://take.ms/FzdH7) – To fix that, I suggest use the WP Rocket as well.

WP Rocket -> Settings -> File optimization. Enable CSS minify and combine it
WP Rocket -> Settings -> File optimization. Enable JS minify, combine and Load JS files deferred options there.

    https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-remove-unused-css-in-wordpress-the-right-way/

-Eliminate render-blocking resources (https://take.ms/4pWjQ) – you may try solutions described here https://onlinemediamasters.com/eliminate-render-blocking-resources-wordpress/

    – Additionally, disable Gootenberg styles if you do not use it: https://take.ms/wXtx5.

    – Turn on the “Remove jQuery Migrate”: https://take.ms/96DZC

    – Theme Settings -> Performance -> Fonts & Icons -> “font-display” for Google fonts and icons. We recommend setting the “Swap” value there for better performance. https://take.ms/3lmgx

We followed the suggestions you made, but we still get a failed result. The first version of the theme seems to be problematic, but the other themes were installed successfully. However, using other themes may take time and we want to use the original theme.

We have successfully installed WP Rocket and also applied the settings mentioned https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/. However, as a result of these settings, there is a problem with our site, it is completely broken.

We request your help in fixing the problematic theme. We are willing to make a payment in exchange for your help.

    Thanks.

I’m also sharing it in the attachment. When I click on the quick view of the products on the home page, this is what appears.

    Hello,

Usually, we don’t use “Optimize CSS delivery” and “Remove unused CSS”. They will increase your Google Page Speed score but they may badly impact on website loading appearance. Try to disable it and recheck the issue: https://take.ms/xPS4Q

    – Also, enable this option: https://take.ms/Xe9oC
    – Add there “Newer cached URLs”: https://take.ms/mJFgT
    – Enable the “Delay JavaScript execution” option instead of the “Combine JS” option: https://take.ms/C3uyT
    – Enable the separate cache for mobile devices: https://take.ms/xJNLq then it will work correctly with the “Mobile DOM optimization” option which is already enabled: https://take.ms/SEo67
    – Additionally, you can use the “Mobile version” of the page here: https://take.ms/v0Tzw , it works well with the enabled “Separate cache for mobile” from WP Rocket thus you can make small DOM size for mobile devices: https://take.ms/ZpNOt

    Kind Regards
