Site width problem

how to set full width row instead of Row stretch? Please check my site, I am using row scretch right now, but it not good. When you refresh, there is short time delay to padding rows, looks so ugly…

I didn’t figure it out…please help me…

BTW, what is the shortcode for demo site top bar?

1. Scretch rows functionality comes from Visual Composer plugin. It calculates row padding and position to be full width only after all page content are loaded. Unfortunately, we can’t change this behaviour in a scope of our theme.

2. What top bar you are actually talking about? We see that your web-site already has a top bar, hasn’t it?
