I will buy again for another website but we will use
advanced product fields (product addons) for woocommerce plugin

We want to change position of size guide under of the extra fields

Is it possible or is there any hook or something

You can use WooCommerce builder of WoodMart allowing you to create custom templates for product pages and other functional pages that are not editable by default. WooCommerce builder is the inbuilt functionality widget included in the builder you use on the site. Here is the documentation:
