On mobile, it appears in an appropriate size

The logo payments you are using is an image https://prnt.sc/Mq0_L054ovIK and it set to fit to container’s width https://prnt.sc/T1oRiKigXXi5
But according to the screenshot, I can see it looks well on desktop and mobile as well.
I kindly recommend you use Photoshop or image editor to make it looks as you want, then upload to site and use it.
