SLIDER ABOVE TOP BAR

Hello,

I have a problem from the beginning, my homepage slider is above the top bar, how can i change this for the top bar stay sticky, and how can I add a button on the top bar to close it?

Please disable “Header above the content” in the Theme Settings > Header.

Sorry, its not that.
The top bar is sticky and is always present, in all pages, except in the homepage, because the slider is above the top bar. I need to be always there, ans in the homepage, the top bar should be above the slider and not behind.

I have already made the changes and it is the same, at the beginning the top bar appears but disappears soon because the slider is over the top bar .. you check it out on the website link and also in the attached image. In all other pages the top bar is there.

Yes! It’s done.
But when i start scrolling the top bar disappears, how can i maintain sticky?
Adding a “X” button in the top bar to close her permanentely?

The sticky header is a brief copy of the default header and it is not changed, unfortunately.
