Slider Distortion Effect Not Working

Hello, I think there may be an issue with the Slider Distortion effect.

After activating the Demo Slider and playing around with what i like. I like the Distortion effect but no matter what i do, it seems like the effect doesnt work. It seems if you change the slide change effect to either fade, slide, parallex you can actually view the demo images. However, the sliders with the distortion effect in play, it doesn’t seem to work.

I also read on this forum to activate the background to “contain” & “center center” – this was done but still can’t see the effect.

Below i inserted two screen shots. One with the demo Retail slider and the other Fashion slide. the fashion slide has parallax slide change effect, whilst the retail slider has a distortion slide change effect.

I have also tried creating my own sliders with the distortion effect in play but still doesnt work.

Any help with this??

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp logins details so i will check and give you a possible solution.
