slider revolution is not responsive in android & apple

Hey, my name Is Gal and im using slider revolution on my web.
The slider editing is excellent and comfortable to use. However, the slider is not responsive to various types of mobile. It is completely different on Android and Apple, as in editing it looks just fine.

Hi I’m sorry, I’m changing the phrasing of this post. The Slider is not the problem here. The problem is the fact that there is a significant difference between the Android and Apple display.
what can cause this glich?

Our theme does not influence the Slider Revolution view on Android and Apple display. Please refer to the Slider Revolution documentation of the forum to find the solution.
