info.ravenbitParticipantHi!
I have an urgent issue. On mobile the Slides on the main page are not visible, also for some reason the menu is disabled as well. Could you please check it out and let me know how could I fix it?
Best regards

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
Please confirm the permission for plugin deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing. Also, send access to the admin panel.
Looking forward to collaborating with you!
Kind Regards

info.ravenbitParticipantAlso, I noticed that when I first go to the shop page the translations for “Product”, “Products” are fine, when I select a category, the translations are back in English, when I refresh the page, the correct translations are back. Could you please let me know what the issue might be?

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
1. The issue is in the “CookieYes | GDPR Cookie Consent” plugin, so disable it, clear a cache, and recheck the issue.
2. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront?
Thank you for your time.
Kind Regards

info.ravenbitParticipantHi
Thank You so much for the fast answer!
1. Yes, the issue is with “CookieYes | GDPR Cookie Consent” plugin. I cleared all cache, added the plugin back, but still the same issue. Is there anything else I could do?
2. Can’t seem to reproduce the issue with WooCommerce Storefront, it does not have the same element as in WoodMart.
Best regards

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
1. This plugin affects the slider, so just disable it. If you use it for optimization, here is an info on how to optimize the theme – https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/
2. Send me a video from your end for a better understanding as on my side I cannot reproduce that issue.
Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards

info.ravenbitParticipantHi
Thank you for the fast answer and for the info!
1. I have temporarily disabled the plugin until I find the solution. The plugin CookieYes | GDPR Cookie Consent is used only to obtain cookie consent for my website not for website optimization. If I disable the plugin “CookieYes | GDPR Cookie Consent” I still need a plugin for obtaining cookie consent.
2. I added the video about the translations not updating attached.Best regards

info.ravenbitParticipantSending you the url of the video in the Extra information box.

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
2. It seems that our Ajax Shop is not compatible with that plugin so navigate to Theme Settings -> Product archive -> disable the AJAX shop option: https://prnt.sc/UDMEe0171MvS and then recheck the issue. Also, you can contact the plugin’s support and ask whether they have any option to make it compatible with the Ajax shop.
Kind Regards
