Sliding Cart – Refresh affecting Payment Portals

Hi,
We are currently utilising a sliding shopping cart whereby we provide express checkout options for the customer to checkout faster once they have chosen their items. We are currently utilising PayPal Buy Now and Amazon Pay.
However, if a customer decides to remove or change the quantity in the sliding cart, it causes the PayPal buy now button to disappear. The Amazon pay button remains static and doesn’t disappear.
Could you please provide assistance on how we could ensure the Paypal Buy Now button does not disappear upon customer removing or changing quantity of items.
