Slow category and page load

Hello, we are very happy with themplate but we have one problem. The store loads very slowly, during a category change. When a certain category is open and you select another category, it reloads the current category and loads a new category in the background, which it displays after a long time. I made a video to make the show easier. Also in general the site works very very slowly.

Please help us because such a site is currently unusable.
