slow charge time with woodmart core activated

Hi guys, we have a big issue in one website. we’ve been seeing the cause of a slow load for a few days, we’ve finally found that the woodmart core has some kind of fight with woocommerce because the loading time shoots up to more than 10 seconds in activating the woodmart core with Woocommerce. Without woodmart core activated the charge time is less than 2 seconds.

Hi,
Be sure that you are running the latest version of our theme and all the required plugins. Then, turn off all the external plugins and child theme if you use it and we will check the problem.

Try to do the following steps:
1. Disable swatches attribute to be displayed on the shop page in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Attribute swatches.
2. Go to Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product images, decrease images size for both single and catalog page and save to regenerate all thumbnails.
If it will not change the performance, please, send us your FTP access well.

Hi Artem, we resized to 800 all the images and now the time charge is 3.5 to 4.5, I don´t understand what happens… is much better now!
Maybe images were not generated before. Anyway, test it and contact us if you will have any extra questions.
