Slow index page after optimzing

Hi there hope you’re well
After otpimizing images, installing a decent cache plugin i dont know what else i can do on my end to speed up the woodmart theme. If you have a look it takes a while to load the index page. Yes this can be due to DOM but i also know that im not using many of the css and javascript that gets loaded in for example rev slider etc. I dont want to break the website by messing around with disabling code, I kindly ask you to check my website and the code that gets loaded in which isnt needed and tell me what i can disable

Theres a loading screen for over 2 seconds, also when i click on a product it takes a while to load that product
Im using a decent hosting provider called Krystal. Im also using a CDN with Nitropack. I have spent so much time and money trying to optimize from WP Rocket, to Nitropack etc i really dont know what else i can do. I want to keep the design how it is without the long wait times. I will also try to download the fonts and store in the database instead of them being requsted from google each time as i know that may help speed things up
