Christian SchenkParticipantHi,
Basically, theme is super slow on my website, I have 4 gb dedicated ram and 16 thread and don’t have huge traffic still website is super slow. If I change the theme speed is like light. so something is wrong with theme and I am not able to sort it out.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you for choosing our theme. Our theme is optimized for speed and should not significantly slow down your website. However, it’s possible that your website’s performance is affected by the content you have added. For instance, the use of too many plugins, large unoptimized images, or other resources can slow down your website.
We recommend that you remove any unnecessary plugins and install a JS & CSS optimization plugin such as WP Rocket. Our guide on how to optimize your website using our themes can be found here: https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Kind regards,

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance

November 7, 2025 at 11:38 am #694762
Christian SchenkParticipantWhy? Are you getting any issue to login?
November 7, 2025 at 11:52 am #694766
Christian SchenkParticipantI reset the password again. Try same please

Artem TemosKeymasterOK, we were able to connect, but still most of the plugins are activated and there is no effective cache on the website. So it looks like the most of the things from the tutorial are not implemented yet. Please check the article and optimize everything step by step. Keep plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off and allow us to check how it works.
November 7, 2025 at 3:57 pm #694847
Christian SchenkParticipantKinsta cache is enabled server side.
As it’s staging url, feel free to deactivate plugins for your debugging.
November 10, 2025 at 11:26 am #695106
Artem TemosKeymasterWe’ve deactivated plugins unrelated to our theme, and now your website loads much faster. This means your website’s performance is primarily affected by the installed plugins, not the theme itself. You can enable all your plugins one by one and analyze the performance to identify which one impacts the loading time.
Kind Regards

Christian SchenkParticipantIf we let the all plugins active and change the theme to somthing else then it increases the speed . We can’t remove plugins as they are needed
November 11, 2025 at 10:26 am #695298
Artem TemosKeymasterOur theme doesn’t cause any performance issues, and your website works fast when the plugins are turned off. To identify the plugins causing these problems, we recommend creating a staging clone and enabling all plugins one by one.
Sometimes, you may not notice the problem with the default theme. This could be because some elements are simply not displayed on the default theme.
Kind Regards
