Slow Woocommerce Query when activating the Theme

Checking with Query Monitor,
I have a slow query which really slow down Single-Product Opening….

The query is : wp-includes/class-wp-term-query.php:686 from woocommerce,

but only do it when activating Basel ….

Any Idea ?

Morover, Cart.php template is still obsolete after the last the update (3.1.2)
