Smooth scroll between (anchored) elements on same page?

Hi! Is it possible to link from an image to another location on the same page by a smooth scroll?

I’ve managed to achieve this effect from menu items by enabling One page anchor and pasting the ‘anchor ID’ (http://my_site.com/#anchor_id) into the URL field in the menu item settings.

I can also link from an image to another location on the same page by choosing On click action>Open custom link in the image settings, and pasting the ‘anchor ID’ into the Image link field. However, when I click the image this triggers a jump to the desired location, rather than a smooth scroll…

Is there a way to fix this?

Unfortunately, there is no such an option. You can configure only the options provided in the elements.
