Social Follow giving Share Button

I have the following code in my header <span style=”padding-right:30px;”>PHONE NUMBER: (540) 942-9022</span> [social_buttons type=”follow” ]

But the facebook link is linking to this link https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=http://www.laurielaine.com/.

I want it to link to my facebook page.
