Social Shortlinks not working correctly.

My site only has one social. Facebook. I set the social link in the theme option to facebook.com/business. But when it shows up in the footer and you click on it, it brings you to websitreurl.com/facebook.com/business. How to fix without breaking everything? I need it to link to just Facebook and not prepend the sites URL in it.
