    Hello,

Thank you so much for contacting our support center.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Thank you in advance

As we can see, it works correctly when all extra plugins are turned off https://gyazo.com/eb293ad19ab95acf50f3857af16ac066
Please, check it from your side.

Try to test this in different browsers and in a private tab.

It seems that the file_get_contents function for URLs is disabled on your server. You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option.

Okay, I will call my server support open enable the file_get_contents. And I try using private tab and different browsers to add secondary menu to the header, but I still getting the js error. “Error: Actions may not have an undefined “type” property. Have you misspelled a constant?

    Hello,

Try to disable mod_security on your server. It seems to block Header Builder’s “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help. https://gyazo.com/e5dbb4b785632acb2b36a6b1ae7d9c58

    Kind Regards
