1. You can add the sub-categories on the shop page from Theme Settings >> Product Archive >> Page Title >> https://ibb.co/26w5dP5

2. You can add the filters in the sidebar easily from Appearance >> Widgets >> Add the widgets in the Shop page Widget area sidebar or that sidebar which you are using for your shop page.
