    Dear,

    I can contact you for 2 problems:
    1) When I want to create my account for the first time, when I am on the home page, I click on the icon corresponding to my account, I go down and click on “Create an account “. A new page is subsequently displayed with on the left the possibility to connect to the right a button “register “. Would it be possible when the new page opens to display on the left the button “register ” or directly the form to create an account and not to connect. That would be much more intuitive and logical!
    2) When I am on the “My Basket” page and add a discount code, a message at the bottom of the page is displayed to confirm that the discount code has been added, but the basket does not refresh. To see at the level of my basket that the discount code is effective, I must update the page/or go to the next step. How to fix this problem ?

    Hello,

    My Account page/Register page is the functionality of the Woocommerce and our theme does not influence. You will have to customize the Woocommerce template to get operation as per your needs.

    Please check the coupon functionality on a default theme. Our theme does not have any options to change the Woocommerce coupon application function.

    I understand that these are parameters related to woocommerce but the problem is not the setting of the promo code but rather the display at the page of my basket. I think unfortunately that the refresh of the promo code display is related to the template and not to woocommerce.

    Hi,

    So you tested this with default WordPress theme and noticed that the problem appears with WoodMart only? In this case, please, provide us some screenshots for a better explanation and your admin access so we can test it.

    Can you send me an email address so that I can create an admin access.

    You will find, attached :
    – 1 screenshot = the promo code has been added successfully but the cart does not update
    – 2 screenshot = update the page to see the basket update

    You need to go to Appearance -> Themes and switch to some default WordPress theme. Then, go to you cart page and check how it works. Do some screenshots and send us so we can compare them with screenshots of how it works with our theme.

    Yes, you need to disable external plugins first. And we can’t connect to your server with FTP data you provided.

    No, we can’t connect and get connection error in FileZilla. Provide us your FTP host, port, username and password. If you don’t have this data ask your host for help.
