Your questions are not clear enough.

1. If I follow you properly, you want to show reviews in the product page, you need to enable this functionality in Woocommerce > Settings > Product tab.
2. Please describe the issue with the shopping cart.

1. Your reviews are integrated by means of other plugin https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#products.
Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce. If they do not appear on Storefornt, they would not appear on WoodMart.

2. Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
