1) How can I disable links in the “Brands” prefooter I don’t want them to be clickable or how can I customize the link.
2) In the “products categories” section in the home page, it looks like the “product”/”products” strings that appears beside the total count on category hover is not translatable. searched many times in WMPL string translations and all is translated.
3) Can I enforce the thumbnail sizes to be unified (same height/width) for all products in the Products tab or any Products grid?May 11, 2019 at 1:26 pm #123233

1. Navigate to the Theme Settings > Footer > find the prefooter area and remove the shortcode.
2. We are checking and shall inform you later

4. You need to enter the row settings > Design tab and remover the image on a background https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/add-row-column-background-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress/
5. If I give the custom CSS for finding the button, it will be also hidden on the shopping cart.

1) The suggested solution obviously removed the brands bar, and this is not what I’m trying to do. I just want to edit the associated links or simply disable the links at all.
2) Same issue for the compare page (Points of comparison is not translatable). awaiting for your feedback.

4) Thanks. this fixed the issue.
5) We can display it but make it navigating to the “Home Page” instead of the “Shop”. How can I achieve this?

Navigate to WPML > Strings translation > insert “sku” into the search and mark “exact match” find the Woodmart sku and insert your translation.

amrsayed82ParticipantYou are not following, it looks like you have changed the English translation itself. Switch to English and you will find the Arabic strings exist for both translations (AR and EN)

amrsayed82ParticipantAlso what’s meant by your request to change the User Language? All other strings were translated normally? What’s wrong with these strings specifically, can you please explain in details about those strings? I still cannot edit them by all means!

When you set English for Admin user, all the AJAX queries would be in English. Customer user does not have such problems, you can check it disabling maintenance mode.
1. Change the Admin language https://prnt.sc/no8z7r
2. Save the Theme settings, just enter the Theme Settings and save.
3. Navigate to WPML > Stings > enter SKU into the search, mark exact match and change SKU to Arabic. https://gyazo.com/9c79febdcbd41d1398dac77b8da3c6c0 and https://gyazo.com/4d4d39a7971882630d0ed82eae2a6faa
