Some questions

1. Insert a link to the social network Instagram in the template. When you click on this link, Instagram opens in the browser and not the application, until the last update of the template, Instagram opened in the application. Can you tell me how to fix this?

2. The second question. I’m conducting a test on the pages of the store of my site at https://gtmetrix.com/ and I have a “Serve scaled images” error when testing the store page of the DEMO template there is no such error. Please tell me how to configure it correctly? The store page, product categories and so on are of interest

1) What do you expect? When I click on the Instagram icon in your header it leads to “https://www.instagram.com/wsecretcom/”. Which is just fine.

2) While testing with GT-matrix. Don’t you get the name of those images with “Serve scaled images” error.

That’s right, the link works, but it opens in the browser. Is it possible to make the Instagram application open when clicking on this link. Because in the browser the user is not logged in to the instagram and cannot write to us right away. I would like for the app to open when I click on Instagram

2. Yes, that’s right. There are error image names, but how do I configure the correct output of the image size in the category in the template? 1) Sorry there is no such option to open the Instagram app except of opening that link in the browser.

You can check the image scales for small, medium and large size from Setting >> Media.

Also after changing the Image Size as per your requirements from Setting >> Media run this plugin to resize all your existing images to the new size: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

If you want to change the size of the image of products shown in the shop and category page. You need to change the size from Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images.
