some qustions

First im not good in english, but i will try to explain exactly what i need…
i have some questions…

1- Remove top bar spaces (attached photo number 1)
i would like to decrease the space number 1 and also remove space number 2

2- Change fonts..
i want change fonts for the arabic language to google fonts… for menus and content.

3- how can i enable 2 language arabic with RTL and english with LTR

4- how can i change the product photo effect when the mouse over like the attached photo number 2

5- Are there other options for mouse over on product photo?

6- Can i add “add to cart” button to the photo like the attached photo number 3?

7- I want to remove the cart icon and currency from the top bar like attached photo number 4?

8- how can i make the slid item interactive with mouse like the attached photo number 5?

9- how can i add to the menu “new” lable and static text or photo like the shop menu here

1. Enter the page and set margin-top:-40px in the upper row settings: http://prntscr.com/lexqqs

2. You can change the fonts in the Theme Settings > Typography. You can upload the fonts by custom fonts. https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/faq-guides-2/upload-custom-fonts/

You can change the font by means of Advanced typography option, which allows to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

3. You need to the multilingual plugin. Our theme supports WPML https://wpml.org/

4. This option is in the Theme Settings > Shop > Hover on product

5. This option is in the Theme Settings > Product page > Main image click action

6. It depends on the header layout in the Theme Settings > Header > Header Layout

7. Add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS

    display: none;
}

8. Not clear and the screen is not attached.

9. Enable the labels in the Theme Settings > Shop > labels and enter the product and find the option to show the label.

10. No option.

Deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue.

2 and 3 Woocommerce does not provide such an option.
