Something went wrong

Hello,

i updated a website which runs with woodmart some month ago. The customer did not updated the theme more than a year and i did an update from 1.xx to the latest version (4.x) that day. Everything works fine so far. The shop ist running fine aswell now, but there are more and more things that makes me feel something went wrong with that update.

I got alot of other shops running with woodmart and all others works perfect but i see some differences between them and this website. Just one example At Appearance -> Menu i got alot more options on my correct working shops like “product categories”. I’ll attach pictures of the difference. There are alot of other things that did not work like it does on my other shops.

Maybe a supporter can help me out of it and give me a hint whats the problem.

I saw the screenshots you attached.

Please Go to WoodMart >> CSS Generator >> Generate CSS.

Clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then please provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Thanks for reply. Nothing changes after regenerate css and cahce clearing. I also found some other problems. Breadcrumbs and product navigation are on but nothing is shown in frontend.

Your issue has been resolved. You were not making all the settings visible from Appearance >> Menu >> Options on the top. That’s why they were not displayed.

I have enabled all the options and the menu items are displayed absolutely fine.

Please clear cache and check back.
