Hi,

Wordpress doesn’t open Theme Settings. Every time I try it it’s saying:
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

I think I have already tried every solutions that I have found here and on google but still not working.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Ok , we have disabled all the themes and the Theme setting under Woodmart tab disappeared !

there is another theme setting outside the WoodMart . that works.

We noticed that when we activate Redux plug in the theme setting under woodmart appears but when we click on it we get the message Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

i am pretty sure we have a lot of pages that are created in there and we need that to work . is this related to Woodmart or Redux ?

can you please help us ?

If it doesn’t work when the Redux plugin is active then it is a plugin problem. Note that this plugin is not required for our theme.
