Sort by feature

Hi,
i want to sort by feature. Yes you have option to show feature product, but me i want to show all product, and sort by feature, and after by date

is it possible

if not, do you know some plugin can do that ?

yes i understand i can show ONLY feature image

But what i want its show all product but sort by feature. So begin by feature and after other product
