Sort filter in a product catogory

How do I create a specific sort filter in a product category? For example in the category of battery screwdrivers to create a classification filter per power (12V, 18V, 20V) and to appear only in the specific category of products and not in the whole store.

You need to create a product attribute and assign to the products accordingly.
