Split: 504 internal error & product not showing on cart

Hello, but I think you have misunderstood. I will write down all the question’s I have below since I am new to Woodmart and I need answers.

1. How can I add ‘Message seller’ on the product page, my multi vendor plugin allows messaging.

2. How does the filter work? I want to add filters for specific products categories. For example if I added a product for clothing and added their attributes, I want to the filters to show sizes, material, colour etc. Whereas, If I was a product for swords, and added their attributes, i want the filter to show material, length, colour etc.

3. How do I remove Home Mega-electronics from the store title as I do not want that displayed. Screenshot attached above.

4. Another issue that I have is I have the re-captcha plugin to prevent spam and bots. It is enabled and it was working for my previous theme Astra. However, it does not show on the login pages on the website.

This tab shows the page title. You need to replace the page title and title of the site in the Dashboard > Settings > General.

Another issue that I have is I have the re-captcha plugin to prevent spam and bots. It is enabled and it was working for my previous theme Astra. However, it does not show on the login pages on the website.

We have not tested any capture plugins with WoodMart we cannot guarantee full compatibility, please try to contact the plugin support perhaps they would suggest the solution or additional configurations.

Thanks for your reply, I have added the html block, i tried a different captcha plugin and works. However I still need help with the followings:

1) Thanks for sharing the documentation for the filter’s however I do not find it informative or answers my questions. I run an e-commerce marketplace where sellers can join and add products to the category and add their variant. My marketplace have more a variety of categories.

Question is, If I want to add a filter for clothing category such as Women Tracksuit, and I want to add Material with filter options for linen, cotton, polyester, therefore How can I add this?

Secondly, the filter for price option is very difficult to toggle as it does not toggle accordingly, how can I change this so I can toggle it by every 10 pounds.

2) I have checked the page title and it is the following ‘Duqhan Islamic Marketplace – Shop unique goods, and support Muslim sellers’, however it still shows ‘Home Mega-electronics’.

3) Is there any way a buyer can add a personalised message on the product page before purchasing a product. For example they want to purchase an engrave jewellery with their name, is there any way I can add those to specific products which needs personalisation?

Hello,

1. You can add filters as if you worked on the Storefront theme. Woocommerce has its own Attribute filter widget and you can use it. The product category is not influenced by WoodMart.

2. Please replace the Price filter with the default Woocommerce price slider. Mega-electronics – is a site title that you can replace in the Dashboard > Settings > General.

Most likely you have set the same page for both Shop and Home pages. Please check all the issues on the Storefront theme.

Hi there, thanks for your answer. That is all fine, however when I add a specific product to the website after adding their variations. For example I create a product in the Boy’s blazer category and as an attribute, I have added Clothes size, that shows on product page, however on the category page, I want it to show as a filter too, so it will be easier for customer’s to filter through the size.

You can do that on the default Woocommerce shop page, and Multivendor pages may be incompatible with WoodMart filters, that is why you need Woocmmerce filters which do not provide such option.
