    Hello,

    Your problem is not clear enough. Please check the issue on one of the default themes to understand if our theme causes the problem. If it happens only on our theme, make the full backup of your site and reinstall the theme completely, deleting from FTP and installing through Dashboard > Themes > Upload.

    If it does not solve the problem, provide the site admin access as well as FTP.
