s-commerceParticipantHello, I am interested in this issue, too! Same here! – I have been switching from another theme, where it was working correctly (with all subcategories). Also I tried out another theme meanwhile (pressmart), where it was working fine, too. But not with Woodmart unfortunately.
Thank you,

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Send me access to the admin panel so I can look into the issue there. Also, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation and switching to the default theme.
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please disable this https://prnt.sc/ifXphd_0xNav security plugin so I can log in.
Also, did you try to resave the permalinks?
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Kind Regards

s-commerceParticipantSorry Luke, I see you tried to login and I totally had forgotten the authentification. It is deactivated now.
(Please do not change the permalinks structure)
Thank you and my kind apologies,

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
May I disable 3rd party plugins for testing? If not, could you create a staging site so I can test there so the live site will not be affected.
I await your response.
Kind Regards

s-commerceParticipantYes, Luke, you may disable plugins.
Especially I would recommend to go to “Atec Sytems” in the left Menu, choose “Deploy!” and disable all three listed there with clicking the orange “|| pause” button (BunnyCDN, Apcu Cache, Optimizer).
Maybe also Perfmatters.And of course, what you may find needful. Feel free to go (;
Thank you!#

s-commerceParticipantPS: For the breadcrumbs, it is strange somehow. For some products I found out meanwhile it works beautifully, and for thers not. I have not yet found out, what is the difference between them.
For example:
https://spoo-design.de/en/produkt/17789/
– not working (Home > 925 sterling silver jewelry > Cute baby dragon…)https://spoo-design.de/en/produkt/4591/
– half working (Home > 925 sterling silver jewelry > 925 silver finger rings > Open silver ring made…)https://spoo-design.de/en/produkt/62718/
– working absolutely fine! thats how I want it (Home > 925 sterling silver jewelry > 925 silver finger rings > 925 rings, open motif > Cute baby dragon…)All three procucts are in the same category and subcategoty (!) Their breadcrumbs should look the same…

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
This plugin https://prnt.sc/aUAgw58yrzup caused that issue, so after deactivating it, the full path is back – https://prnt.sc/7x_i12-w5Slp
So this is something related to the configuration of that plugin. You can be sure of that by disabling that plugin.
Kind Regards

s-commerceParticipantThank you, Luke. I have tried to deactivate the WPSSO plugin (+ Perfmatters + CDN + all Caches), but nothing changed here. The more I click around, strangely it seems, that is is sometimes working – and sometimes not – quite randomly.
Its a bit sad, but I think I can live with that.

Did you find a chance to take a look into the product reviews? (I wrote about in my message with the login codes)
Indeed this is my major issue with Woodmart, because most of my product reviews do have images (they are imported with another plugin) – and with the change to Woodmart they all diappeared. /-:
(Of course I have activated the product review images in the Theme settings).
This is somehow crucial….. Please see the attached images.
THANK YOU

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
If you leave a new review, the images work – https://prnt.sc/93-BGXd0zLH9
Which plugin did you use to import those reviews?
Kind Regards
May 12, 2025 at 3:02 pm #660032
s-commerceParticipantDear Luke, the whole site is a dropshipping store and the review images are imported via “AlidropshipWoo” Plugin from Aliexpress. This goes automatically, I just need to start it.
(I think the review images are a nice added value for the customers to see some real pictures of the items).
So, I understand that newly, manually added images will work – but I have plenty of 100es images that do not show up right now anymore. And indeed later on I would like to import new images via Alidropship the same way again, of course….
Since it was working with my old Theme and also with “Pressmart”, I guess and hope it is just a tiny adjustment, that you could do or share with me?
—————–
Indeed, meanwhile I am almost through with setting up Woodmart through all the pages of the shop, and I am very happy with it! (-; As said before, parallel I tested “Pressmart”, which comes easier with some things, but in the end did not convince me as much.Thank you for all your effort.
SandraPS: Finally I found out the breadcrumb thing. It is depending on the “primary category” I set on the product editing page….. (-;

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Our review images need to be stored in WordPress -> Media. And the review itself stores only the IDs of uploaded images. But you imported the images URL directly to the reviews which is not the way it should work.
You can upload a few images manually to see how the data should be stored to import your reviews correctly. And images should be defined in our Review Images Metabox – https://prnt.sc/uEad6imYQJX4 -> https://prnt.sc/tD7E25sMsKQM
But since we don’t know how exactly this plugin works you need to refer to its documentation or contact developers for help. We already described to you the way images are stored in the database. If you need more details about this, let us know what exactly you are interested in.
Thank you for your time.
Kind Regards

s-commerceParticipantThank you, Luke, for the explanation.
Indeed this makes a lot of sense, because I can choose if I want to upload the image of the imported review to my server – or not.
I suppose all “Review-Import-Plugins” will therefore work this way somehow.
And thats is why several themes can handle this by default. To make a short story long, it would be great (!!!) if you could implement this in a further Update. That the woodmart-theme also understands and shows this kind of image-reviews, too.
Thank you,
SandraPS: It seems this topic came up already before, too:
