Split: Slow website with with plugin "TranslatePress – Multilingual"

I have the same issue with TranslatePress after the recent update (to v6).

Here is the comparison:

As you can see, the translated version (v6) shows a huge performance degradation.

When rollback to v5, the site breaks quite a lot, so it’s neither an option for a temporary fix.

Could you investigate this for us? We’re running a webshop and this issue makes a huge impact on customer experience and business overall.

Also, disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access. Send us links to pages that you tested.
