Hi, where can we set up a site-wide image for page heading?

Enter the page editing mode and find this option in the Page settings http://prntscr.com/knomb4

In order to set the image on heading globally navigate to the Theme settings > Page heading > Pages heading background http://prntscr.com/knopq5
