Stickey header not working

I have following all sticky header instructions in the document.

But my sticky header still not working.
FYI I have already checked the sticky box in woodmart header setting.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and let me know I will check it from the website and solve the issue.
