Sticky Header not working anymore

The sticky header is not working anymore.
Can you help please?
We’re using an old version of the theme but if we try to update to a newer it beaks many things.

I’ve already tried to update on the development environment but many elements where broken.

Sorry but we always recommend using the latest version of the theme and recommended plugins.
Please update the theme and the recommended plugin to the latest versions then clear cache and check back.
Please take a complete backup of the website before trying to update the theme and plugins.

I’ve spent one hour looking for a solution on this issue but no luck.
I just can’t seem to find any solution.
Event on the simple page below… removing popup, footer, widgets… nothing help.
If you can help, that would be great.
