Sticky Header Options

This is a two part question..

I am using the header builder in this theme, which I love and works great.

First question I have is the sticky header options. I am trying to change more for the sticky header besides the height. I want to make the sticky header look exactly like the regular header when you scroll down besides the Top Bar being removed.

Second question is I want to have a drop down box on the header area like it does with the LOGIN/REGISTER links. Is this something I do in mega menu or html block?

Regarding the drop-down menu, first of all, create the menu in Appearance > Menu. Then navigate to Header builder and choose the proper one and add Secondary menu element into the proper area as shown here http://prntscr.com/isst19 and here http://prntscr.com/isstsl

Finally choose the proper menu, which you have created in Appearance > Menu as shown here http://prntscr.com/issu1a

For the second part I am looking to do more then just a menu. I want to do a drop down type box when you hover over the wording to show multiple things like links, and information. I added a screen shot of an example of what I am looking to do.
