Still showing as in stock on mobile version

Hi I purchase your theme but I have noticed that when people are buying products and they go to 0 in woocommerce it still shows as in stock on mobile version but out of stock on desktop. How can I make it not show any stock.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?
