Stock on WC isn’t working and support of WP points that the theme could be

Store on WP and WC.
When anybody puts an order, and the payment is right, the stock, should decrece in the same amount of the purchase, but it does not.
I have already share this with WP support, and give me some thing to check.
One of theme is the value that woocommerce requieres for the stock widget.
please let me know if this value could be disable, I don’t realy use it and the option on setting dont work at all.
