01. Product category page inherits most of the settings from the shop. So if you want to use the sidebar on the product category page. You need to enable the sidebar by using the layout “2 Column Left” or “2 Column Right” from Theme Settings>> Shop >> Shop Layout.

Also you need to make sure that your shop page widget area is not empty.

02. If you are using the custom layout for a single product page. So you have to edit them and change the text inside the layout:

1) I can not find 2 Column Left or 2 Column Right option in the page given:

01. I have disable the Custom Layout for the Product Archive under the Dashboard> Layouts >
The sidebar was appearing as you can see in the following Image: https://ibb.co/X58jDHq.

So, it seems that there is some third party Plugin element or some third party Custom Code added in your Custom Layout which is causing the sidebar to not work correctly.

02. Your second issue has been resolved Go to layouts> Single Product Layout Accessories> Edit with Elementor: Here you can edit the text as per your need: https://ibb.co/R08YX3Y
