String cannot be found for translating

Hello , i was strugling with finding the sources of some strings to translate using loco translate
Like : side bar content / Weekly discounts (Found nothing on layouts or sliders)
the progress bar Eg Add xx$ to cart and get free shipping , your order qualify freeeshiping

They are all on sidebars , the checkout side bar and weekly discounts

1. Navigate to Theme Settings -> Shop -> Free shipping bar -> change that area manually – https://take.ms/RwupQH

2. It looks like a menu item, try to change it via Appearance -> Menus.
