Styles and scripts not loading properly

Hello,

My website uses woodmart theme and elementor plugin.
Problem is that for some reason sometimes CSS is not being loaded correctly / missing some files. Refreshing the page fixes the issue.

1)Sometimes the product block won’t load correctly
2)Sometimes the go-to cart popup will pop up on its own and won’t have any content in it
3)Sometimes the social login buttons won’t load correctly

Please help me resolve this issue

It looks like you are using Elementor PRO layouts for your single product page. Try to use our built-in custom layout for the single product page. https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/

I can’t find “Dashboard -> Layouts -> Single product”. Where exactly is it located? My website has Woodmart theme V: 6.1.4

This option is available in our 7.0.4 version. Please, update the theme to the latest version first.

I updated the theme and recreated the single product view using the built-in layout. Still, the problem persists. Please help.

You are using WooCommerce Related products element. Try to add our Products element and select “Related products” as a source. It should fix the problem.

I can’t seem to find the “Related products” in the “Products (grid or carousel)” widget. I inserted the “Products” widget and chose “Related products” but still the bug is still there.

Can you tell me what you changed so in future I can fix it myself?

The issue is still present.
The problem is that it is harder to replicate. The best way I found is to go into incognito and walk around the website, if nothing happens close incognito and open a new one. Sooner or later you will notice the empty popup with a black square.

We replaced most of WooCommerce elements with our theme elements to make it work.

Try to disable the promo popup in Theme Settings -> General -> Promo popup.

3)Sometimes the social login buttons won’t load correctly

This bug is harder to replicate, but you should be able to do it by going into incognito and walking around the website, if nothing happens close incognito and open a new one. Sooner or later you will see that the login page is all messed up / the styles have not been loaded correctly.

If you can’t replicate the issue no matter how hard you try then I would appreciate at least hints on what might cause the issue.

Did you see my initial request?
I mentioned 3 issues:

You have fixed the first 2 but I still need to fix the 3rd.

As this issue was part of the initial request I don’t see the need to open a new topic.

As we can see, you used Elementor PRO to create your account page too. If you want to restore our original login page you need to disable custom layout for the account page.
