Hi,

I’ve just noticed that in mobile menu in category section, the subcategories don’t display, Why ? I added the subcategories in menu.

Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached.

It seems that you added HTML Blocks for the categories menu that’s why it is not displaying the subcategories of the categories menu.

Because the HTML Block on hover doesn’t work for the mobile.

If you are trying to ask anything else then please elaborate with the help of some relevant screenshot of the specific area to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website. The menu you attached is not set as the categories menu and it is not displaying to the categories menu.

Please make sure that you have set the menu as categories from WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Mobile Header from the right top.

Hello,

I have visited your website and saw the screenshot you attached.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins and activate parent theme and check back.

If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I have deleted the previous menu items and added them again then saved the menu and the issue was fixed.
