submenu desktop and menu mobil not working anymore

hi there again:)) now our submenus in the main navigation desktop isn’t working anymore.

Service
and also on the Shop page where the subcategories/submenue/dropdown on hover don’t show.

on mobil, the burger menues don’t react on touch, the only thing working now for kind of navigation is the sticky one on the bottom.

any explainations for that and help without causing further troubles, I’m mean it worked fine up till now but doesn’t work anymore since yesterday.

Please provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Please make the full backup of your site.
