Submenu opening action is set to ‘label and arrow but its not working

    Submenu opening action is set to ‘label and arrow but its not working. The parent menu item which is a custom link with href=# is not causing the menu item to expand or collapse. ie ried with href=# and without this too. Only the arrow on the menu item works in this case but we need to click on the custom link also like ive set in the theme appearances mobile menu. please fix. (screenshot).

    Im temporarily switching back to opening action with arrow because im loosing customers. But like i said you can please see this at your end and ill apply this now once when you fix this glitch.

    im supposed to give access now for two tickets . One is this and the other one is as below –

    now the question is on which ticket i should give access to as two different people working on this could be an issue also. The priority is the old url i sent so il give it there. You can take it from there and figure out both things together. The site im giving access to is a clone . Can we do it like this. For this ticket here you could also actually just try this out on your end on any install . its the menu link and dropdown issue which can be solved even without access but if you need it then take it from this other ticket url i posted above.

    That is wierd really. I don’t think cache I the culprit here. Rather i can see that I have cleared cache so many times on the original site but it doesn’t work for me. This is super perplexing. Please find the real reason behind why it work on the original site.

    And lus i don’t think you can see this feature as I’ve changed it now ont he original site to click on arrow. You say cache is the issue so let me test once again.

    I tested on the staging site, and the video above it also related to the staging site. If you do not mind, can I enable that option on the live site and check how it works there?
