Support extension and menu icon size

Hi there,

I just tried to start a ticket and it didn’t post. I’m writing this all for the second time:

(1) I just extended support for 6 months on Envato marketplace, and it’s not showing up as extended here. Please help because I need support on this ticket urgently, and it always takes a few days to resolve an issue.

(2) The thumbnail icons in my main menu on the homepage are messed up. I added a new product category icon and edited one that was already in the menu. The new menu item and the one that I edited both have width=”18″ height=”18″ coded directly in the HTML tag instead of getting their dimensions from the “category-icon” class, which is how all of the old, unedited menu items are formatted. I either need to know where to change the 18×18 default dimension to 36×36, or find a way to have the theme remove the HTML dimensions and go back to using the CSS. How can I fix this problem?

Hello,

1. You need to go to your account on our website and click on the “Update” button for your purchase code to actualize the support expiration date.

2. We visited your website and see that you already have 36×36 sizes for your category icons in the navigation.
