You need to create HTML block https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/

Then switch to WP default mode, into the text mode and insert the code, provided here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/promotional-pop-ups/

Then take the shortcode ID of the HTML block and insert in the Theme Settings > Shop page > Promo popup https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#promo_popup

You should add the image to the Theme Settings > Shop page > Promo popup. Dimensions: 729 by 815 pixels. Try this. the size depends on image I cannot tell exactly.
