    hello
I used Woodmart’s default template in the Footer section. Unfortunately, svg icons are not displayed in pre-footer and generally in all parts of the website.

    Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

The site URL you have provided says that the site is not reachable. Please check and insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

    Hello
I am glad that you answered me. I had to completely delete the theme yesterday and reinstall it. For this reason, there was no account when you visited. I apologize for this
Currently, in the header section of the website, the information box element does not display the svg icon . I also used Woodmart’s own svg icons, but unfortunately it does not display. To solve this issue, I had to use two elements to display the phone number, which of course is not correct.
Please check the website again. I have sent you the new login information.

    Hello,

I am checking the Pre-footer, I see the HTML shortcode and when I check the HTML block, it is empty: https://gyazo.com/3731dd673c9399d17b997febf52a0f82

Please provide step-by-step actions on how to reproduce the issue.

    Hello,

You need to open your SVG icons file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add width=”31″ height=”40″ attributes to your <svg> tag like it is shown: http://prntscr.com/l897ta

Then you will need to re-upload your icons in WordPress Dashboard.

    Best Regards

Please upload your own icon and test it too. Different icons with different structures are not displayed. I’m using Woodmart theme on another website and all svg icons especially the default Woodmart icons are displayed and there is no problem.
I want you upload an icon that you think is correct and find the problem
I have tested many of icons and they are not displayed

    Hello,

Did you switch from Elementor to WP bakery page builder?

    Hello again
No I only use WP bakery
I installed a new WordPress on a new host and tested it there. Unfortunately, the icons are not displayed there too
I tested with Elementor once. Fortunately, there was no problem with Elementor and the icons are displayed, but not with bakery.
